Starting from the Old Town of Dubrovnik, head towards the Pile Gate. Once you exit the Old Town through the Pile Gate, turn left and walk along the coastal path. Continue walking until you reach the first major road, which is called Ul. Vlaha Bukovca. Turn right onto Ul. Vlaha Bukovca. Follow this road, and you will eventually see signs directing you towards Plaža Sveti Jakov. The beach is located at the end of Ul. Vlaha Bukovca, and there will be stairs leading down to the beach area.
