Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the center of Makarska, head towards the waterfront promenade (Riva). From there, walk along the promenade towards the east. Continue walking until you reach the end of the promenade where you will see the main road. Turn left onto the main road (D8) and follow it. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will enter Brela. Keep an eye out for signs pointing to Plaža Soline. As you approach the beach area, look for Obala Kneza Domagoja. The beach is situated along this coastal road. It’s about a 30-40 minute walk, so wear comfortable shoes and enjoy the scenic views along the way.

  • Public Transport (Bus)

    From the main bus station in Makarska, take a bus heading towards Brela. Buses run frequently, so check the schedule for the next departure. The journey to Brela should take around 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Brela bus station, exit and turn right onto the main road (D8). Walk straight for about 10 minutes and you will reach Obala Kneza Domagoja, where Plaža Soline is located. Follow the signs towards the beach.
