Bus
From Opatija, head to the nearest bus station, which is located on Ulica Maršala Tita. Take Bus number 32 towards 'Pula'. The journey will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. After arriving at the bus station in Premantura, exit the bus and walk towards the main road (Ulica Premantura). Follow the signs for 'Kamenjak' which will direct you towards the entrance of the Kamenjak Natural Park. The cliffs and caves are located within the park, and you can explore them by following the paths marked on the park map.

Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike in Opatija. Start from the center of Opatija and head towards the coastal road (D512). Follow the coastal path for about 12 kilometers towards the town of Premantura. Once you reach Premantura, look for signs leading to Kamenjak Natural Park. Parking for bicycles is available at the entrance of the park. From there, you can explore the cliffs and caves at your leisure.

Walking from Opatija to Kamenjak is a considerable distance (approximately 12 kilometers). Begin your journey by heading south towards the coastal pathway that runs along the Adriatic Sea.
