Getting there

Walking

If you are starting from Pula's main square, Trg Republike, head southwest towards the Ulica Flavijevska. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ulica Kandlerova. Turn left onto Kandlerova and walk until you reach the end of the street. At this point, you will see the entrance to the Pula Citadel on your right. The walk should take you approximately 15 minutes.

Public Transport (Bus)

From the main bus station in Pula, take bus number 2 towards Veruda. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes until you reach the 'Pula - Ul. Stari Grad' stop. Once you get off, walk uphill along the Gradinski uspon street for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at the Pula Citadel.

Taxi

If you prefer a more direct way, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Pula. Just tell the driver to take you to 'Gradinski uspon 10.' The ride should last about 5-10 minutes depending on traffic, and it is a straightforward route.

Bicycle

If you are renting a bicycle, start from the city center and head towards the waterfront along the Riva promenade. Continue biking until you reach the entrance of the Citadel, which is located at the top of the hill. It should take you around 20 minutes to bike there, and you will enjoy beautiful views of the city along the way.
