From Rovinj, take the D303 road heading south towards Pula. Continue on D303 for about 30 km until you reach a roundabout in Pula. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Ulica Verudela. Drive straight for about 2 km, and you will arrive at PARK located at Verudela 23, Pula. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a fee of approximately 10 HRK per hour.

From Rovinj, head to the main bus station (Autobusni kolodvor Rovinj). Take a bus to Pula, which should take about 45 minutes. Once in Pula, disembark at the main bus station. From there, walk to the nearby bus stop and take bus number 21 towards Verudela. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes, and you will need to pay around 15 HRK for a ticket. Get off at the 'Verudela' stop, and PARK will be a short walk from there.
