From the central area of Rovinj, head towards the waterfront promenade known as the 'Lungomare.' Once you reach the promenade, walk north towards the old town. As you enter the old town through the main gates, continue straight on the cobblestone streets lined with shops and cafes. Keep walking until you reach the main square, Trg G. Matteottija. Balbi's Arch will be located at the northeast corner of this square.
