From the center of Split, head to the main bus station located near the ferry port. You can walk there in about 15 minutes or take a local bus to the station. Once at the bus station, purchase a ticket for a bus heading to Solin. The bus number you can take is 37 or 38. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. After reaching the Solin bus station, exit the bus and head towards the main road. From here, follow the signs towards the archaeological site of Salona. Pješačka staza (the walking trail) is located near the entrance to the site.

If you prefer to walk, you can start from the Riva (the waterfront promenade) in Split. Walk northeast along the coast until you reach the bridge over the River Žrnovnica. Continue walking in the direction of Solin. This route is approximately 8 km and will take around 1.5 to 2 hours. Follow the pedestrian path that leads you through the local neighborhoods until you arrive at the entrance to the archaeological site of Salona, where Pješačka staza begins.
