From the center of Trogir, head east on Obala kralja Tomislava towards the Trogir Bridge. Cross the bridge to reach the mainland. Once you are on the other side, continue straight onto the D8 road. Follow the signs for Omiš. After about 25 minutes of walking, you will enter the town of Omiš. Continue straight until you reach the main square, where Poljički trg is located. It's a vibrant square, and you should be able to see the surroundings and landmarks from there.
