Walking
If you are in the city center of Zadar, start at the famous Greeting to the Sun installation at the waterfront. From there, head south along the promenade (Riva) towards the Kolovare Beach. Continue walking until you reach the end of the promenade, which will lead you to the main road, Obala kralja Tomislava. Cross the road, and you will see signs directing you to Kolovare Beach. It is about a 15-20 minute walk from the city center.

From the Zadar Bus Station (Autobusni kolodvor), which is situated about 1.5 km from the beach, you can take a local bus. Look for bus lines 2 or 4 that head towards the city center. Get off at the stop named 'Zadar - Kolovare' which is the closest stop to Kolovare Beach. After getting off, follow the signs to Kolovare Beach, which is about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
