From Curacao Ostrich Farm, head northeast on Weg naar Westpunt (road) towards the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Weg naar Willemstad (road). Continue straight for about 17 km until you reach the intersection with Schottegatweg. Turn left onto Schottegatweg and then take a right onto the Emancipatie Boulevard. Continue straight until you reach the Tula Monument located at 4352+9FW, Willemstad. There is free parking available near the monument.

From Curacao Ostrich Farm, you can take a bus from the closest bus stop. Look for bus routes heading towards Willemstad. Once on the bus, inform the driver that you are going to Otrobanda. The fare is approximately 2 USD. After about a 30-minute ride, get off at the stop closest to Emancipatie Boulevard. From there, walk for about 5-10 minutes to reach the Tula Monument at 4352+9FW, Willemstad.
