Walking
From the Queen Emma Bridge in Punda, simply walk across to Otrobanda. As you disembark, you're immediately immersed in the heart of Otrobanda. Alternatively, if the bridge is open for boat passage, a free ferry service connects Punda and Otrobanda. The ferry docks near the bridge entrances on both sides.

Public Transport
If arriving by bus, the main bus terminal in Otrobanda is located next to the underpass on Sebastopolstraat. From the terminal, Otrobanda's main attractions are within easy walking distance. Bus fares typically range from 1.50 to 2.50 ANG, payable in cash to the driver.

Taxi/Ride-Share
Taxis are readily available throughout Willemstad. A taxi from Punda to Otrobanda is a short ride, with fares typically around 25 ANG as a base rate, plus 6 ANG per kilometer. Agree on the fare with the driver before starting your journey. Taxi stands can be found near major hotels and the cruise port.

Driving
If driving, paid parking is available in Otrobanda. Parking meters are installed at strategic locations, costing 1 ANG per hour, with an additional 0.50 ANG for every extra half hour. Payment can be made directly at the parking meters using coins or via the Flowbird app. Keep in mind that a blue zone applies to large parts of the town from Thursday to Sunday, between 11am and 9pm, where you can park for free for 2 hours displaying a parking disc in your windscreen.
