Start your journey at the Queen Emma Bridge (also known as the Swinging Old Lady), a popular landmark in Willemstad. From the bridge, head southwest along the water towards the area known as Pietermaai. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with the main road, which is the Schottegatweg. Turn left onto Schottegatweg and walk for about 1 km. You'll pass by several local shops and eateries, which can be a great opportunity to grab a snack or drink. As you walk, keep an eye out for local signage that might help guide you. Continue until you reach the junction with the Weg naar Westpunt. At this point, take a right and continue straight.
