Getting There

  • Walking

    Starting from the Larnaca Finikoudes promenade, head east along the waterfront. Continue walking until you reach the end of the promenade where you will find a roundabout. From the roundabout, turn left onto Grigori Afxentiou Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Archiepiskopou Kyprianou Street. Turn right onto Archiepiskopou Kyprianou Street. The Archaeological Site of Kition will be on your left after approximately 500 meters. Look for the entrance marked with signage.

  • Public Transport (Bus)

    From Larnaca city center, walk to the nearest bus stop (you can find one near the Finikoudes area). Take bus number 425 towards Kiti. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the stop named 'Kition'. From the bus stop, walk back a short distance towards Archiepiskopou Kyprianou Street, and the Archaeological Site of Kition will be on your right, just a few minutes' walk away.

  • Bicycle

    If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Larnaca Finikoudes area. Head east along the coastal road towards the Larnaca Marina. Once past the marina, continue straight onto Grigori Afxentiou Street. After about 1 km, turn right onto Archiepiskopou Kyprianou Street. The Archaeological Site of Kition will be on your left. This route is approximately 2 km long and is suitable for cyclists.
