Walking
Start from the center of Protaras, at the main strip where Fig Tree Bay is located. Head east along the coastal pathway towards Pernera. Follow signs towards Pernera Beach. As you walk, enjoy the beautiful sea views on your left. Continue past the hotels and resorts until you reach the end of the pathway, which leads you directly to Pernera. From Pernera, follow the road signs to Malama Beach, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from here. You will now be on a quiet road leading towards the beach. Keep an eye out for the Malama Beach sign as you approach, and soon you will see the entrance to the beach area.
Public Bus
From Protaras, walk to the nearest bus stop on the main road. Look for the bus route that goes towards Paralimni. Board the bus and pay the fare (usually around €1.50). After a few minutes, you will arrive at the stop for Malama Beach, which is located close to the entrance of the beach. Disembark the bus and follow the pathway leading directly to the beach.
