From Paphos Harbour, walk east along the coastal promenade. Continue past the entrance to Paphos Archaeological Park. A short distance further, you'll find a path leading uphill to the Panoramic Viewing Platform. The walk from the harbor takes approximately 15-20 minutes. There are no costs associated with walking.

From Karavella main bus station in Paphos, take any bus heading towards Paphos Harbour. Routes 611, 615, and 618 are suitable. Get off at the 'Paphos Archaeological Park' bus stop. Walk towards the coast and follow the signs for the Panoramic Viewing Platform, a short walk uphill. A single bus ticket costs €2 during the day or €3 at night. A day ticket is €6.50.
