Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Troodos Square, head northeast towards the Troodos Information Center. Continue straight on the main road for about 500 meters. You will pass the Troodos Hotel on your left. Keep walking until you reach the junction with the road leading to Mount Olympus. Take a left at the junction and continue for another 300 meters. The Archbishop Makarios III Tomb will be on your right, just before you reach the entrance to the Omodos village road.

    Start from Troodos Square and look for the local bus stop. Take the bus heading towards Platres. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the Archbishop Makarios III Tomb stop. The journey will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Once you get off the bus, the tomb will be a short walk ahead, located on the left side of the road.

    If you're feeling adventurous, you can take a hiking trail from Troodos Square towards the Archbishop Makarios III Tomb. Start by heading towards the Troodos Information Center.
