If you're traveling by car, head towards Pec pod Sněžkou, which is the closest town to Obří důl. From the center of Pec pod Sněžkou, take the road leading towards Velká Úpa (road number 296). After approximately 3 kilometers, you will see a sign for Obří důl on your right. Follow this road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the parking area at the beginning of the hiking trail. Note that parking may incur a fee, so be prepared with cash or a credit card.

To reach Obří důl using public transportation, take a bus to Pec pod Sněžkou. Buses run regularly from larger cities like Hradec Králové or Liberec. Once you arrive in Pec pod Sněžkou, you can walk to the trailhead. Head towards the main square and follow the signs towards Velká Úpa. After about a 30-minute walk, you'll reach the starting point of the trail leading to Obří důl.

After parking your car or arriving by bus, you will need to hike to Obří důl. The hiking trail is well-marked and starts from the parking area at the end of the road. The hike to Obří důl is approximately 2 kilometers and will take about 30-45 minutes. The trail is moderately steep, so be prepared with proper footwear and water.
