Walking
If you are starting from the Kutná Hora Main Train Station (Hlavní nádraží), exit the station and head towards the main road (Husova Street). Walk straight along Husova Street for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Barborská Street. Turn right onto Barborská Street and continue walking for approximately 500 meters. Hrádek will be on your left at Barborská 28/9.

From the Kutná Hora Main Train Station, take bus number 600 or 602 towards the city center. Get off at the stop 'Město Kutná Hora' (the city center). From there, walk towards the Old Town Hall (Starostenský dům) and continue straight along the road until you reach Barborská Street. Turn right on Barborská Street and walk about 200 meters. Hrádek will be on your left at Barborská 28/9.
