If you are starting from the Kutná Hora town square (náměstí), head east towards the Church of St. Barbara. As you reach the church, take a left onto the street named Barborská. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with the street Štítného. Turn right on Štítného and walk for about 300 meters. The Pamětní deska MUDr. Josef Jaromír Štietka will be on your right, near the entrance of a small park.

From the Kutná Hora main train station, take bus number 1 towards the town center. Get off at the stop 'Hradek'. Once you exit the bus, head south towards the Church of St. Barbara. From there, follow the walking directions provided above to reach the Pamětní deska MUDr. Josef Jaromír Štietka.
