Walking
If you are starting from the Ostrava Main Train Station (Ostrava hl.n.), exit the station and head north towards the tram stop located just outside the station. Take tram line 1 (direction to Poruba) or tram line 2 (direction to Hrabůvka) and get off at the next stop called 'Náměstí Republiky'. From there, walk straight towards the Prokešovo náměstí, where the New City Hall Observation Tower is located. The destination will be on your right at Prokešovo nám. 8.
Public Transport
If you are at the Ostrava city center, locate the nearest tram stop. Take tram line 1 or 2 (both will take you towards Náměstí Republiky). Ride for about 5 minutes and disembark at the 'Náměstí Republiky' stop. Once you exit the tram, head towards Prokešovo náměstí, which is a short 5-minute walk. The New City Hall Observation Tower is located at Prokešovo nám. 8.

From the Stodolní Street area (a popular nightlife spot), walk towards the north until you reach the tram stop 'Karolina'. Take tram line 1 or 2 (both towards Náměstí Republiky).
