Walking
From Old Town Square, walk south towards the Charles Bridge. Pass the Astronomical Clock and continue down Karlova Street. Křižovnická Street will be on your left, leading directly to the museum entrance at Křižovnické náměstí 3. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes.
Public Transport
Take Metro Line A to Staroměstská station or Tram lines to Karlovy lázně or Staroměstská. From Staroměstská metro station, walk towards the river and follow the signs to Charles Bridge. The museum is located at the foot of the bridge on Křižovnické náměstí. A 30-minute public transport ticket costs 30 CZK, and a 90-minute ticket is 40 CZK.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available throughout Prague. A short taxi ride from Wenceslas Square to the Charles Bridge Museum will cost approximately 150-180 CZK, depending on traffic. Note that the base fare is around 40 CZK, with a rate of 36 CZK per kilometer.
