    If you are near the city center, head to the nearest metro station, which could be 'Můstek' or 'Náměstí Republiky'. Take the Metro Line B (the yellow line) towards 'Zličín'. Get off at 'Florenc' station, which is just two stops away. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to 'Hlavní Nádraží' (Main Train Station) and head east on 'Na Poříčí' street.

    After walking for about 10 minutes along 'Na Poříčí', you'll reach 'Křižíkova' street. Continue straight until you see the 'Dlouhá' street on your left. Turn left onto 'Dlouhá' and keep walking until you reach number 609, where the Meditation Center is located.
