Although you are close enough to walk, if you prefer to take public transport, you can catch a tram from the 'Staroměstská' tram station (Line 17). Board the tram and travel just one stop to 'Malostranské náměstí'. Once you disembark, walk east along the river, then turn left onto Kaprova Street, which will lead you to Maiselova Street. The Jewish Town Hall is located at number 18 on your right. Note that tram tickets cost around 40 CZK for a 30-minute ride.
