Getting There

Tram
If you are starting from the city center, make your way to the nearest tram stop, such as 'Malostranské náměstí'. From there, take Tram 22 in the direction of 'Bílá Hora'. Stay on the tram for about 15 minutes until you reach the stop 'Újezd'. Once you arrive at 'Újezd', you will see the funicular railway station directly in front of you. Take the funicular to the top of Petřín Hill, which will take about 5 minutes. Once you exit the funicular, you will be at Petřín, where you can explore the beautiful gardens and enjoy the view of Prague.

Walking
For those who prefer walking, you can start from the Old Town Square. Head towards Charles Bridge and cross the bridge. Once across, turn left and follow the riverside path along the Vltava River. Continue walking until you reach the street 'Smetanovo nábřeží', then take a right turn onto 'Lazarská' street. Follow this street until you reach 'Újezd'. From 'Újezd', you can either take the funicular to Petřín or continue walking up the hill, which will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views as you walk up through the lush greenery.

You can also take Bus 176 from 'Hradčanská' metro station (Line A). Board the bus and get off at the stop 'Petřín'. From the bus stop, it is a short walk (about 5 minutes) to the main entrance of Petřín. Follow the signs leading to the park and enjoy your visit.
