Strahov Monastery: A Historical Prague Landmark

Strahov Monastery, or Strahovský klášter in Czech, is a historic gem nestled in the Strahov district of Prague. Founded in 1143 by Jindřich Zdík, Bishop John of Prague, and Vladislaus II, Duke of Bohemia, it stands as one of the oldest Premonstratensian abbeys in the Czech Republic.
