If you are in central Vinohrady, you can easily walk to Пражские курарты located at Часовая, 120 00 Vinohrady. Start by heading to the nearest tram stop, like 'Náměstí Míru' (Line 22, 4, 7, 13). Exit the tram and walk along the street towards 'Česká' street. Continue straight, and you will find Часовая street on your left. Follow Часовая street until you reach your destination.

From anywhere in Vinohrady, locate the nearest tram stop. A good option is 'Náměstí Míru'. Board tram number 22 or 4. Travel for about 3 to 5 minutes and get off at the 'Muzeum' stop. From there, exit the tram and head towards 'Vinohradská' street. Turn left and walk straight until you reach Часовая street. Turn right onto Часовая, and Пражские курарты will be on your left. A single ticket costs about 30 CZK.
