From Coastal Highway (Route 1), use the DART First State bus service. Board a bus heading south towards Ocean City, MD. Disembark at the stop closest to Bunting Ave. From there, walk approximately 0.5 miles east on Bunting Ave to Maryland Avenue Beach. The DART one-way cash fare is $2.

From Coastal Highway (Route 1), turn onto Bunting Avenue. Continue straight for about half a mile. The entrance to Maryland Avenue Beach will be on your right. Parking is available at the beach end, but a permit may be required between May 15 and September 15 from 9 AM to 4 PM. Check for seasonal regulations.
