If you are in the City Center of Puerto Plata, head towards C. Beller. Start by walking east along Av. 27 de Febrero until you reach the intersection with C. Beller. Turn left onto C. Beller and continue walking for about 5 minutes. Independence Park will be on your right.
Public Transport (Guagua)
Locate the nearest guagua stop in the City Center. Take a guagua heading towards Sosúa or Cabarete. Inform the driver that you want to stop at Independence Park. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, walk a short distance down C. Beller; the park will be on your right.
Taxi
Find a local taxi service in Puerto Plata. Tell the driver you want to go to Independence Park on C. Beller. The trip should take approximately 10 minutes from the City Center. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting the ride.
