When you board the bus, let the driver know you want to get off at Av. Alemania. The fare is typically very inexpensive, around 1-2 USD. Once you arrive at Av. Alemania, disembark and walk for about 10 minutes towards the direction of the beach. Katmandu Park will be located on your left. Look for the entrance with vibrant signage.
