If you are driving from the main town of Samaná, head south on Avenida Francisco Alberto Caamaño Deño (the main road). Continue straight for about 3 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Arroyo Chico. Turn left onto this road. After about 1 kilometer, you will notice a sign for Pozo Hondo. Follow the signs; the destination will be approximately 1.5 kilometers ahead on your right. Parking is usually available on-site.

To reach Pozo Hondo via public transportation, find the local 'carro publico' (shared taxi) station in Samaná. Look for a vehicle heading towards Arroyo Chico. The fare should be around 50 Dominican Pesos. Inform the driver that you want to go to Pozo Hondo. They will drop you off close to the entrance, but you may need to walk about 10 minutes down the road to reach the exact location. Always confirm the fare before boarding to avoid misunderstandings.
