If you're near the Plaza de Armas, walk to the closest metro station, which is 'Plaza de Armas' on Line 5 (Green Line). Take the metro towards 'Pajaritos' and get off at 'Baquedano' station. At Baquedano, transfer to Line 1 (Red Line) towards 'Los Dominicos'. Ride for two stops and get off at 'Universidad de Chile'. From here, exit the station and walk towards 'Avenida Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins'. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with 'Avenida Ricardo Cumming'. Turn left, and walk until you reach the 'Plaza de la Cultura'. The Estación Mapocho Cultural Center is located at the end of the plaza.

If you're near the city center, look for a bus stop on 'Avenida Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins'. Board any bus heading towards 'Plaza de la Cultura'. The most common bus lines you can take are lines 505 or 501. After a short ride, get off at the stop named 'Plaza de la Cultura'. Once you arrive, walk towards the center of the plaza, and you'll see the Estación Mapocho Cultural Center.
