Walking
If you are starting from the central area of Los Salados, head south on Calle 4. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the junction with Avenida 27 de Febrero. Turn left onto Avenida 27 de Febrero and walk for about 300 meters. You will see a bus stop on your right. From here, you can catch a local bus heading towards the Los Pepines area.

Board any local bus that has 'Los Pepines' as a destination. The fare is usually around 30 Dominican Pesos (DOP). Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at Calle Vicente Estrella, which is approximately 15 minutes away depending on traffic. Once you get off, you will find yourself at the corner of Calle Vicente Estrella.

After getting off the bus on Calle Vicente Estrella, walk north for about 200 meters. Fortaleza San Luis will be on your left. Look for the entrance which is marked and easily recognizable.
