Walking
If you are in the Colonial Zone (Zona Colonial), start by heading south on Calle Arzobispo Nouel until you reach Avenida del Puerto. Turn right onto Avenida del Puerto, and continue walking until you reach Avenida Mella. Once you reach Avenida Mella, turn left and walk for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will see Santa Bárbara Park on your right side, located at F4J7+2X3, Av. Mella.

Make your way to the nearest metro station, which is 'Joaquín Balaguer' station. Board the metro heading towards 'Los Alcarrizos'. After three stops, get off at 'César Nicolás Penson' station.
