If you are in the Malecon area, you can take a leisurely walk to Parque Eugenio María de Hostos. Head towards the Avenida George Washington and walk east along the waterfront. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with P.º Pdte. Billini. Turn left onto P.º Pdte. Billini, and you will see the park on your right. The walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on your pace.

You can also take a public bus for a quicker option. Look for a bus heading towards Ciudad Nueva or Avenida 27 de Febrero. Board the bus at any bus stop along the Malecon. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to get off at P.º Pdte. Billini. The bus fare is generally around 25-50 DOP. Once you get off, the park will be a short walk away.

For a faster and more convenient option, consider taking a motoconcho. You can easily find a motoconcho driver near the Malecon.
