If you're in Santa Cruz, head to the main bus terminal in Puerto Ayora. Look for the bus that goes towards the 'Cerro Mesa' area. The fare is usually around $0.50. Inform the driver that you need to get off at Calle Piquero. After approximately 15-20 minutes, get off at the intersection of Calle Piquero and Scalesia. The Homestay will be on the corner of this intersection.
