From the central plaza of Ibarra, also known as Plaza de los Espejos, start by heading northeast on Calle Sucre. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Carrera Colombia. Turn left onto Carrera Colombia and walk for about 10 minutes. Pedro Moncayo Park will be on your left at Carrera Colombia 437. Look for the park entrance, which is marked with a sign.
