Walking
From the center of Mindo, start at the main square (Plaza del Mindo). Head northwest on Calle 8 de Diciembre for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with the main road (Via a Nanegalito). Turn left onto the main road and continue walking for approximately 2 kilometers. You will pass small shops and local eateries along the way. Keep an eye out for signs that indicate Nanegalito. Upon reaching the outskirts of Mindo, you will see a sign for 'Nanegalito' on your right. Continue on this path, and after about 1 kilometer, you will notice a dirt road leading up the hill. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach QUINDE LUNA, which will be on your right.
Taxi
If you prefer a quicker option, you can hire a taxi from the main square in Mindo. Negotiate the fare with the driver beforehand; it should be around $5 to $7 to get to QUINDE LUNA. The driver will take you directly to the location, which is approximately 4 kilometers from the center of Mindo. Enjoy the scenic drive through the lush landscape!
Bicycle
For those who enjoy cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Mindo. From the main square, take Calle 8 de Diciembre and follow the same route as if you were walking. Cycling is a wonderful way to experience the beautiful surroundings. After about 4 kilometers, you will reach QUINDE LUNA. Be cautious on the dirt road leading up to it, as it can be steep and uneven.
