Walking
If you are starting from Plaza Grande, head south on Calle García Moreno towards Avenida 10 de Agosto. Continue on Calle García Moreno for about 400 meters until you reach the intersection with Avenida 10 de Agosto. Turn right onto Avenida 10 de Agosto and walk for approximately 600 meters. You will reach the intersection with Calle Guayaquil. Turn left onto Calle Guayaquil and walk straight for about 200 meters. You will see Plaza San Blas on your right.

From Terminal Terrestre Quitumbe, board a bus heading to the north direction towards La Mariscal. Once you reach the stop at Avenida 10 de Agosto and Calle Guayaquil, disembark. Walk down Calle Guayaquil for about 200 meters until you reach Plaza San Blas, which will be on your right.
