Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car from any location in Oriente, head towards Quito. Follow the E28 highway towards Quito for approximately 3-4 hours, depending on your starting point. Once you reach Quito, take the exit towards Avenida 10 de Agosto. Continue straight for about 2 km, then turn left onto Calle Itchimbía. Follow this road until you reach Parque Itchimbía, which is located at QGH2+39C. Parking is available nearby but may incur a small fee.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  For those using public transportation, find a bus station in your area that services routes to Quito. Buses to Quito can be found in most major towns in Oriente. Once in Quito, disembark at the Terminal Terrestre Quitumbe. From there, you can take a taxi or a local bus. If taking a local bus, look for one that goes to the Itchimbía area. Ask the bus driver to drop you off at Avenida 10 de Agosto. After disembarking, walk along Avenida 10 de Agosto until you reach Calle Itchimbía, then turn left. Parque Itchimbía will be a short walk from there.
