Walk straight down Sherif Pasha Street for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Ibrahim Street. Turn right onto Ibrahim Street and continue walking for about 500 meters. You will see the Greco-Roman Museum on your left side, located at Al Mesallah Sharq, Al Attarin.
