If you are in downtown Cairo, take the Cairo Metro Line 1 (the red line) towards El Marg. Get off at the 'Saad Zaghloul' station. Once you exit the station, head southwest on Mohamed Farid Street towards El-Malek El-Saleh. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with El-Malek El-Saleh Street. Turn left and walk for another 500 meters until you see Manasterly Palace on your right.

From Tahrir Square, take bus number 356 or 381 towards Old Cairo. You will need to get off at 'El-Malek El-Saleh' bus stop. Once you disembark, walk down El-Malek El-Saleh Street for about 200 meters, and Manasterly Palace will be on your left.
