Getting There

  • Metro

    If you are in downtown Cairo, take the Cairo Metro Line 1 (the red line) towards El Marg. Get off at the 'Saad Zaghloul' station. Once you exit the station, head southwest on Mohamed Farid Street towards El-Malek El-Saleh. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with El-Malek El-Saleh Street. Turn left and walk for another 500 meters until you see Manasterly Palace on your right.

  • Bus

    From Tahrir Square, take bus number 356 or 381 towards Old Cairo. You will need to get off at 'El-Malek El-Saleh' bus stop. Once you disembark, walk down El-Malek El-Saleh Street for about 200 meters, and Manasterly Palace will be on your left.

  • Walking

    If you are already in Old Cairo, you can easily walk to Manasterly Palace. From the Hanging Church, head southeast on St. Mary’s Street. Walk for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with El-Malek El-Saleh Street. Turn right onto El-Malek El-Saleh, and after a short walk of about 300 meters, you will find Manasterly Palace on your left.
