Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Sohag, head south on Al-Mahata Street (شارع المحطة) towards the main train station. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach the train station. Walk past the station and continue straight for another 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Al-Hammadeyah Street (شارع الحمادية). Turn left onto Al-Hammadeyah Street and continue for about 800 meters. You will see a small park on your right which is حوش (Hosh).

• Public Transport (Microbus)

  From any point in Sohag, find a microbus station. Look for a microbus heading toward the Al-Hammadeyah area. Once you board, let the driver know you are going to حوش (Hosh). The journey should take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. When you arrive, get off at the stop closest to Al-Hammadeyah Street. From there, walk 5 minutes south along Al-Hammadeyah Street until you reach حوش.

• Bicycle

  If you're renting a bicycle, start at the Corniche (الكورنيش) along the river. Cycle south along the river until you reach the bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight for about 2 kilometers. Once you reach Al-Mahata Street, turn left and follow the street until you get to Al-Hammadeyah Street. Turn right on Al-Hammadeyah Street and continue for about 800 meters until you see حوش on your right.
