Continue on this road for approximately 45 kilometers until you reach a fork in the road. Take the left fork towards Al Farafra. After about 10 kilometers, you will see signs for Crystal Mountain, which is about 5 kilometers further along the road. The last stretch may require driving on unpaved paths, so ensure your vehicle is suitable for off-roading.

If you are using public transportation, you can take a bus from Cairo to Al Farafra. Buses typically leave from the Turgoman bus station in Cairo.
