Car
From Joya de Ceren Archaeological Site, head southeast on the main road (Carretera Panamericana). Continue for about 10 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Carretera a Santa Tecla (CA-1). Turn left onto CA-1 and drive for approximately 5 kilometers. Look for the signs directing you to Parque Nacional El Boquerón, then turn right onto the access road leading directly to the park entrance. There is a parking fee of approximately $1 to $2 for vehicles.

From Joya de Ceren Archaeological Site, walk to the nearest bus stop where you can catch a bus heading to Santa Tecla. Buses labeled with 'Santa Tecla' run frequently and cost around $0.50. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Santa Tecla bus terminal. From there, take another bus or a taxi to Parque Nacional El Boquerón. The taxi fare should be around $5 to $10 depending on negotiation. Buses to the park also cost about $0.50 and can be found near the terminal.
