    Start from the main square of Suchitoto, located at Plaza de Suchitoto. Head northwest on Calle San Jose for about 200 meters until you reach the intersection with Calle El Salvador. Turn left onto Calle El Salvador and continue for another 300 meters. You will see signs pointing towards Cascada Los Tercios. After you reach the junction with Carr. a Cinquera, follow the road for about 1.5 kilometers. Keep an eye out for the entrance to the Cascada Los Tercios on your right. The trailhead is marked, and you will need to walk along a dirt path to reach the waterfall.

  • Bicycle

    If you have access to a bicycle, rent one from a local shop in Suchitoto. Start at Plaza de Suchitoto and ride northwest on Calle San Jose for 200 meters. Turn left onto Calle El Salvador and continue for approximately 300 meters. When you reach the junction with Carr. a Cinquera, turn right. Follow Carr. a Cinquera for about 1.5 kilometers. You will find the entrance to Cascada Los Tercios on your right side. Lock your bike near the entrance and follow the marked trail to the waterfall.
