If you are at the Pärnu Bus Station, exit the station and head northeast on Tartu mnt towards Karja street. Continue on Tartu mnt for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Rüütli street. Turn right onto Rüütli street and walk for about 400 meters. You will pass several shops and cafes. When you reach the end of Rüütli street, turn left onto Nikolai street. Continue walking for about 200 meters, and you will find Kodanikumaja at Nikolai 8 on your right.
