Walking
If you are in the city center of Pärnu, start at the main square (Pärnu Keskväljak). Head east on Rüütli Street until you reach the intersection with Jõe Street. Turn left onto Jõe Street and continue walking until you see the river on your right. Cross the pedestrian bridge over the river, and once on the other side, continue straight. You will reach Jõekääru Street. Turn right onto Jõekääru Street, and you will find Veteranide Park at Jõekääru 5 on your left side. The park is well-marked and is a pleasant walk from the center.

From the main bus station (Pärnu Bussijaam), take bus number 4 towards 'Ringi'. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Jõe' stop. From there, walk along Jõe Street, continuing towards the pedestrian bridge. Cross the bridge and head straight until you reach Jõekääru Street, then turn right. Veteranide Park will be located at Jõekääru 5, just a short walk away.
