If you are starting from the city center of Pärnu, head east on Rüütli Street towards the beach. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Aida Street. Turn left onto Aida Street. Walk straight until you reach the roundabout, where you will take the first exit onto Mai Street. Walk along Mai Street for about 1 km, and you will see Walkway Park on your right at Mai 99.
