Walking
If you are starting from the Rakvere Castle, exit the castle grounds and head southeast towards the city center. Walk down the hill on Pikk Street until you reach the intersection with Turu Street. Turn left onto Turu Street, and continue walking straight. After about 10 minutes, you will reach Rakvere Keskväljak, which is located at Turu plats. Look for the prominent Arvo Pärt statue, which is a notable landmark in the square.

From the Rakvere Bus Station, exit the station and turn right onto J. Kuperjanovi Street. Walk straight for approximately 300 meters, then take a left onto Tallinna Street. Continue on Tallinna Street until you reach the intersection with Turu Street. Turn right onto Turu Street, and after a short walk, you will find Rakvere Keskväljak at Turu plats.

If you are near the Rakvere Shopping Center (Rakvere Kaubamaja), exit the shopping center and head north on Vabaduse Street. Continue straight for about 500 meters, crossing the intersection with Tallinna Street. After crossing, continue straight until you reach Turu Street. Turn left onto Turu Street, and you will arrive at Rakvere Keskväljak in a few minutes.
