Walking
From the Rapla Railway Station, exit the station and head east on Kooli Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Tallinna Street. Turn left onto Tallinna Street and follow it as it curves right into Vabaduse Street. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the central square of Rapla. From the square, take a right onto Lasteaia Street. Walk straight for another 5 minutes until you reach the Russian Cultural Centre located at Mere pst 5.

From Rapla central square, look for the bus stop labeled 'Rapla'. Take the bus heading to Tallinn. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you reach the bus station in Tallinn, exit and walk toward the nearest tram stop. Take tram number 2 towards 'Kadriorg'. After about 5 stops, get off at 'Mere pst'. The Russian Cultural Centre is a short walk from the tram stop, located at Mere pst 5.
